Mystery Coffee

Here we have a mysterious bag of coffee. Don't worry, it's going to be good. It may be hard to pin-down, where it's from and what varietal it is. To be anounced to the folks over at the Mystery Coffee league a few weeks after the roast. The only thing I can tell you is that it is not currently on the offering list and has not been released on the website. If you don't know about the Mystery Coffee League, it's a cool way to learn about different origins, terroir, flavor profiles and to test your understanding and perceptions of coffee. Check it out!
