This selection is composed by 13 smallholders from Kigarama Hill; Boniface Ahorukomeye, Felecien Gasangwa, Fidel Uzabakiriho, Gatarina Nyirahabimana, Yohani Kajemundimwe, Rose Nyanzira, Marie Chantal Mukagasana, Samuel Gasana, Francoise Ngabire, Jean Baptist Kananura, Andre Munyazogeye, Tharcisse Rwayitare, Juliya Cyurinyana. The work these farmers put in as a team has definitely stood out from other lots coming into the Humure Washing Station.
Our exporting partner Baho has provided sytems and incentives for farmers like these to have their own lots separated in the future for their current successes. The quality of coffee here is outstanding. The meticulous group effort to keep physical defects and even processing above par is clearly paying off. In the cup, it's radically transparent that there is hard work being put in. This is professionally produced, high quality coffee.
