How does the subscription work?

This is a monthly subscription that ships out on the 1st of every month. Your first order is will go towards the following month's shipment. For example, if you order anytime in July (the 1st-31st), your first shipment will go out on August 1st.

This is a reccuring monthly coffee rotation. All box-sets are curated by Prestin, we reserve the best for you in this regard. You can pause, swap or cancel at anytime. If want to access your subscription, log in to the customer portal at the top right corner of our website. 

I ordered online-retail coffee a week ago, when does my order ship?

All non-subscription orders placed from Monday-Sunday go towards the following Monday's roast. Your order will be shipped the following Tuesday.
