Decaf Divino's coffee proffers a full bodied feel with rich notes of chocolate, pillowy brown sugar sweetness and weighted almond buttery creaminess. As an espresso, this coffee makes a wonderful shot and is general pleasure to consume. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Ethyl Acetate solvent based decaffeinated coffee comes from five producers within the Divino Niño located in the municipality of Suaza, Colombia. These are long-time partners of ours whom take great care in their farming practices. This decaf lot is differentiated by their higher quality cherry production. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecaf Divino was decaffeinated at the Descafecol plant in Manizales by using the organic compound ethyl acetate of which was derived from fermented Colombian sugarcane. Having the decaffeination process done locally helps us pursue our goal of investing further in the people of Colombia. We also prefer this method of decaffeination to any other, it preserves the mass structure and flavor of the coffee seed.
